When you reserve your massage you will receive:
- Confirmation email with the appointment details, including:
• Location • Date & Time • Style & Duration • Massage Therapist - Patient Intake Form, which must be filled out online prior to your massage appointment.
If you do not fill this out online prior to your arrival, you must arrive 10 minutes ahead of schedule to do so.
