Pampering Pros is owned and operated by one of the few Board Certified members of the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork (NCBTMB). 
Board Certification by the NCBTMB is the highest attainable credential level in the profession.

Lilah graduated as a Licensed Massage Therapist from the American Bodywork Institute in 2004, and has remained actively in practice ever since. She received her National Board Certification in 2005 from the NCBTMB. She is also a Professional Member of the AMTA.

Her experience with, and passion for, massage began at the tender age of 7, when she often received massages along with chiropractic work. Receiving these regular treatments helped her to fully appreciate the human body's amazing healing ability, and how skillful use of such treatments can drastically speed up the body's natural healing process, while bringing comfort and relaxation at the same time.

While in high school, she began taking massage courses to learn the skills that she had appreciated for all those years.

After graduating from the American Bodywork Institute in 2004, she began her career in Riverside Health and Fitness Center, a hospital-based facility outside of Chicago, IL. There at Riverside, she gained experience in working with athletes of all ages and sports backgrounds, victims of cancer, mothers-to-be, as well as individuals recovering from surgeries and injuries.

After three happy years there, she took a position at Lifetime Fitness, one of the leading health and fitness clubs in the nation, where she continued to provide the same types of services to a very similar clientele.

In 2010 Lilah relocated to Austin, and remained with Lifetime Fitness, where she continued to perfect her skills.

Pampering Pros was born in 2012, when Lilah desired to use the years of experience, and her unique skillset, and branch out on her own. Lilah is a firm believer in ‘life-long learning’, which inspires her daily to expand her knowledge of new techniques, and customized treatments.

After enjoying 13 years of helping individuals through advanced massage and bodywork, the mission hasn't changed. Her insatiable desire to help others, while constantly advance in her skills, led her to the next logical step, that of sharing and reproducing her gift. In 2017, Lilah became a Licensed Massage Therapy Instructor.

That credo is evident in everything we do here at Pampering Pros, from expanding our network of best-of-the-best practitioners in complementary fields of health care, to integrating new techniques of massage, to taking the time to learn about your specific needs.
